What your fee covers

- A sourced comparison of at least two documented clinic options.
- Written requests for itemized pricing, assessment requirements and date availability.
- Appointment coordination and follow-ups, subject to clinic confirmation and your approval.
- 30 calendar days of email support from confirmed payment.
- Private photo uploads and up to three total AI illustration attempts, with separate consent.
One complimentary AI illustration is available with a free account. Illustrations are visual concepts, not treatment predictions.
When you receive your comparison
We provide a first research update within 2 business days of payment and at least two documented options within 10 business days. Business days exclude weekends and U.S. federal holidays.
A documented option includes sourced information and labeled unknowns. It does not guarantee a response, personal quote, available surgery date or medical suitability. See how we compare clinics.
What you pay separately
Clinical consultations, treatment, tests, medications, insurance, deposits, flights, accommodation and transport are not included. You contract with and pay each provider directly. We do not reserve travel or receive clinic referral commissions.
Cancellation and refunds
Cancel before we deliver your clinic comparison for a full refund. If we cannot deliver at least two documented options within 10 business days, you may request a full refund. After delivery, the research fee is nonrefundable unless we fail to provide remaining agreed support or applicable law requires otherwise.
